When you enter you see the main page. There’s room for multiple addresses, contact information, website and basic status buttons. My favorite custom feature is the “Multiple Venues” button.

This is perfect for libraries or schools where you are hired to perform at more than one venue.

My next favorite feature is the “Map” tab which generates a Google map from the venue address.

 

The other tabs include basic information.

A place to store emails, letters and phone information.

 

Performance history if you have played that venue before.

 

And a summary page that you can print and take with you.

Also included is a “Master Song List” page that can be sorted by theme, tempo and key and where you can generate Set Lists.

The database can also store contracts and “Press Kit” information. It is also expandable to feature any tab or field you may wish!
